I have placed a redemption/withdrawl request but havent received a confirmation. what to do?

Usually, withdrawal/redemption confirmation is sent instantly once the request is made. If you haven’t received confirmation kindly write to us using the Help section on the app. Please note that it might take 4-5 working days for the redemption amount to be credited to your bank account after redemption has been confirmed by us and is subject to validations by the mutual fund company. You will be duly notified in case of any discrepancy in processing your transaction.
