How to cancel the mandate?

We would suggest that you do not cancel the mandate. You can always Pause or Cancel your SIPs and restart them whenever you want to from the app directly. 

However, if you want to cancel the mandate nonetheless, you would first have to cancel all the SIPs registered with us and then contact your bank branch to cancel the mandate registered on the account. This is because the mandate is controlled by you and hence only your bank can cancel the mandate.
