How do i add a nominee to my mutual fund portfolio & my Demat account?

Assigning a nominee is super simple. Just log in to your app & follow the steps below: Demat Account

  • Head to the ‘Account’ section

  • Tap ‘My Nominees’ under ‘Account Options’

  •  Tap ‘Add Nominees’

  •  Enter the nominee’s personal information

  •  Tap ‘SAVE AND CONTINUE”

  •  In case the nominee is a minor, tick the checkbox and enter the guardian's details

  •  For more than one nominee, add the percentage of share you wish to nominate them for

  • Tap ‘SAVE AND CONTINUE’

  • Now enter the nominee’s address & proof of identity

  • Reconfirm the entered details & tap ‘SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL’

  •  Once approved, proceed to eSign by verifying your Aadhaar-linked mobile number
