My fund balance is showing negative. What does it mean? What should I do?

Your account or fund balance can be negative in the following cases:

• Daily trading positions have been marked to market losses
• Other charges may be due - this will include brokerage, annual maintenance charges, other fees or interest charges or any other charges that are deducted from your account.

In this situation, you must immediately add money to your Fisdom account to avoid any penalties from exchanges or incur any charges from Fisdom.
