Customer Support acts as one of the pillars of any organization which is responsible for smooth functioning, and exponential growth and is a primary trust builder. Aegis is developed as a backbone for Fisdom’s customer support team. It is a Portal primarily focused on providing a platform for managing and monitoring Emails and Calls for the Customer Support Team. In addition to this, it is expandable to automate numerous tasks which are performed by the Support and OPS team on daily basis.
